Few players are capable to immediately dominate once promoted to the majors. Last season, Carlos Santana was the exception. In 192 plate appearances, Santana terrorized opposing pitchers, posting a .401 OBP with a 19.3% walk rate. He was one of the biggest breakout candidates entering 2011. Though Santana isn`t playing poorly, his current season might be seen as somewhat of a disappointment.

A pure balanced position does NOT leave the shift of high forces through the kinetic chain. Put your feet on the land and move heavy loads in ALL directions!

Just moments ago, Howard put on his eviscerating goggles and made his best shot at informing us why we should all be thwarted in Carlos Santana this season. I see this perspective, I really do. A casual glance at his counting stats doesn`t stir up images of Mike Piazza nor do they urge much trust in Santana going forward. Kevork Djansezian, Getty Images Santana recently announced dates for a North American tour. The jaunt kicks off Aug. 25 in Auburn, Wash. and is presently scheduled through an Oct. 1 gig in Los Angeles.

Like their parent club, the Beloit Snappers played extra innings Monday.
